What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed piece count — the practical MOQ is a mixed container that cubes out: roughly 28 m³ usable in a 20ft or 58 m³ in a 40ft. You can combine materials and products to fill it.
Can I mix materials in one container?
Yes. Rattan, teak, mahogany and mixed-material items can share a container. We cube your packing list and flag the legality documents each component needs.
Are you EUDR-ready?
We prepare the due-diligence dossier and geolocation data for EU-bound timber. Final EUDR acceptance rests with the destination authority — we prepare for it, we don't guarantee it.
Does sampling cost money?
Prototype and reference samples are charged, and the sample cost is typically credited into a confirmed production order.
What are the payment terms?
Terms are set per order on the quotation — usually a deposit to start production with balance against shipping documents. Confirmed in writing before we begin.
