This disclaimer explains that Bali Furniture Wholesale (balifurniturewholesale.com) is a sourcing concierge and export-facilitation brand operated by Juara Holding Group, part of Juara Holding Group. We are an independent broker — not a licensed customs, legal, or tax adviser. Every price is quote-based and indicative; all figures are dated and subject to change.
Who operates Bali Furniture Wholesale?
Bali Furniture Wholesale is a trading name operated by Juara Holding Group, part of Juara Holding Group — an Indonesian group operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015. We connect international importers, retailers, interior designers and hospitality buyers with Bali and Jepara workshops producing rattan (rotan) — natural and synthetic — teak (jati), mahogany (mahoni) and mixed wood-and-metal furniture (mebel) for container export (ekspor).
We work as a sourcing concierge and export-facilitation broker. We are not the manufacturer, not a freight forwarder, and not a government body. Nothing on this site should be read as an official ruling, a legal opinion, or a customs determination.
What is our role — and what is it not?
| What Bali Furniture Wholesale does | What we do not do |
|---|---|
| Source rattan, teak, mahogany and mixed furniture from Bali and Jepara workshops | Manufacture furniture ourselves |
| Coordinate quotes, samples, OEM/private-label specs and mixed-container consolidation | Act as your freight forwarder, customs broker or shipping line |
| Help assemble and check export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, SVLK/V-Legal) | Issue SVLK, V-Legal documents or certificates of origin |
| Explain how costs, grade, finish and cubing (20ft or 40ft HQ) are structured | Give licensed legal, tax, customs or financial advice |
| Introduce vetted licensed partners for logistics and inspection | Guarantee customs clearance, duty rates, EUDR outcomes or durability |
We coordinate. We do not certify. Where we do not own or control an asset — a workshop, a bonded warehouse, a shipping line — any service is arranged via vetted licensed partners, and their own terms apply.
How do prices and quotes work here?
Every figure on this website is indicative and quote-based. Furniture is priced per piece and per specification, so the real number comes only from your item list, chosen material, grade, finish and target port.
Where we show example costs — for instance an illustrative FOB chair price, export packaging per piece, inland transport to Semarang or Surabaya, or sea freight per CBM — those are drawn from published Bali sourcing guides at an undated exchange rate. They exist to explain how a wholesale quote is structured, not to promise a price. As of 2026, all numbers are subject to change without notice, and any USD equivalent moves with the Rupiah exchange rate.
A firm quotation is issued in writing against your specification. Until you hold a written, dated quotation and a signed proforma invoice, no price is fixed.
What do we say about wood legality, SVLK and EUDR?
Wooden furniture from Indonesia requires timber-legality documentation. SVLK is the national timber-legality system (Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu), and a V-Legal document issued by an accredited LVLK verification body is the standard proof of wood legality for export.
We help assemble and check this paperwork alongside the workshop. We do not issue SVLK or V-Legal documents ourselves, and we never quote a certificate number we cannot verify.
Furniture importers into the European Union should also prepare for deforestation-related due diligence — geolocation and legality records under the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), for which wooden furniture is in scope. We help you prepare documents. We do not, and cannot, guarantee that any consignment will pass a specific EUDR check or clear customs in your country. Exporters should verify commodity requirements through Indonesia’s INSW national single window and confirm HS-code and Lartas rules for their destination.
Can we guarantee customs clearance, duties or durability?
No. Import duties, taxes and clearance outcomes are decided by the authorities in your destination country, not by us. Published figures — such as furniture import duty commonly cited at 0–5.7% of customs value across major markets — are general references only and change with trade policy.
We also make no warranty on the long-term durability of natural materials. Solid teak, mahogany and natural rattan are organic products that respond to climate, humidity and handling. Grade and finish are agreed in writing per order; anything beyond that written spec is not a promise.
How do we handle your personal data?
When you contact us through WhatsApp, email or the quote form, we collect only what we need to prepare your quotation — typically your name, email, destination market, cargo details and message.
We process personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022, UU PDP). Many of our buyers also write from the European Union, the United Kingdom and other regions with their own privacy rules such as the GDPR, and we handle international enquiries with that awareness.
| Your enquiry data | How we treat it |
|---|---|
| Name, email, destination market, cargo details, message | Used only to prepare and follow up your quotation |
| Legal basis | Handled under Indonesia’s UU PDP (Law 27/2022); international enquiries handled with GDPR awareness |
| Sharing | Never sold; shared with a workshop or partner only to fulfil your order |
| Retention | Kept only as long as needed for your enquiry or as Indonesian law requires |
| Your rights | Ask us by WhatsApp or email to access, correct or delete your data |
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for anything other than responding to and fulfilling your enquiry.
What are our contact and booking terms?
All enquiries, quotations and order coordination run through the Juara Holding Group desk:
- WhatsApp: 6281139414563
- Email: bd@juaraholding.com
A conversation, quote or sample request does not by itself create a binding contract. An order becomes binding only when both sides confirm a written proforma invoice and the agreed deposit terms. Lead times, container cubing (20ft or 40ft HQ) and shipping schedules are estimates that depend on workshop capacity and vessel availability.
Do we publish reviews, ratings or awards?
We publish only claims we can stand behind. This site does not display invented star ratings, fake customer reviews, aggregate-review markup, or awards we have not genuinely received. Any credential we reference belongs to Juara Holding Group or Juara Holding Group and is described honestly. If a figure or claim here seems unclear, ask us and we will show you the basis for it.
What about external links and liability?
This website may reference third-party sources — shipping lines, certification bodies, government portals such as INSW, or published sourcing guides. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bali Furniture Wholesale, Juara Holding Group and Juara Holding Group are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on general information published here, from exchange-rate movement, or from decisions made by third parties such as carriers, workshops or customs authorities. Information is provided in good faith, on an “as is” basis, for general guidance.
We may update this disclaimer as regulations, materials and logistics practice evolve. The version published here applies from its stated date. As of 2026, the facts, figures and rules described are current to the best of our knowledge and subject to change.
