Terms of Service

Bali Furniture Wholesale (balifurniturewholesale.com) connects export buyers with independent Bali and Jepara workshops as a sourcing concierge operated by Juara Holding Group. By using this website you accept these terms: every quotation is indicative and non-binding until confirmed in writing, USD figures are examples subject to change, and we guarantee no customs, SVLK, EUDR, or durability outcome.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of balifurniturewholesale.com (the “Site”) and any sourcing, quotation, or coordination service you request through it. They are effective as of 2026 and may be updated; the version published here is the one that applies. Please read them before you send an item list or place a deposit.

Who runs this website, and in what role?

The Site is published by Juara Holding Group — an Indonesian group operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015 — and the sourcing desk is operated by Juara Holding Group.

We work as a wholesale sourcing concierge and broker. That means we sit between you — the importer, retailer, interior designer, or hotel buyer — and independent furniture (mebel) workshops in Bali and Jepara. Under Indonesia’s wholesale trade classification KBLI 46420, this covers bulk furniture and home-furnishing sales to retailers, designers, hotels, and export buyers.

We are clear about what we are not:

  • We are not the manufacturer or the owner of the goods.
  • We are not a shipping line or a licensed customs broker (PPJK).
  • We are not a licensed legal, tax, or financial adviser.

Where we do not own the asset — freight, customs handling, inspection — those services are arranged via vetted licensed partners, and responsibility for the underlying regulated service stays with that partner.

Are quotations and prices binding?

No. A quotation is indicative and becomes binding only when both sides confirm a proforma invoice in writing and you pay the agreed deposit. Until that moment, nothing on this Site or in an email thread is a firm offer or a fixed price.

Item Status before confirmation When it becomes binding
Per-piece and per-spec quote Indicative estimate Signed proforma invoice + deposit
USD figures shown on the Site Illustrative example only Never — the real price is per item list
Lead time / production schedule Good-faith estimate Confirmed order with agreed milestones
Freight and CBM rates Third-party estimate Booking confirmed by the carrier

Any USD number you see — for example an illustrative FOB chair range of IDR 1,700,000–2,800,000 (roughly USD 105–175 each at an undated guide rate), export packaging of USD 5–20 per piece, or sea freight of USD 80–350 per CBM depending on route — is an example to show structure, not a guaranteed price. Figures are stated as of 2026 and are subject to change with materials, exchange rates, grade, finish, and cube.

What is the real price based on?

Your real quote comes from your own item list and specification. We price rotan (rattan, natural and synthetic), jati (teak), mahogany, and mixed wood-and-metal goods per piece and per spec. Minimum order is framed as one mixed container that cubes out — a 20ft or 40ft HQ — priced FOB from Jawa or Bali ports such as Semarang or Surabaya.

What do we not guarantee?

We prepare paperwork and coordinate honestly, but we do not promise regulated outcomes that sit with authorities, carriers, or workshops. Specifically, we do not guarantee:

  • Customs clearance in your destination country, or any duty rate. Furniture from Indonesia is often cited around 0–5.7% of customs value across major markets, but your country’s ruling governs.
  • EUDR deforestation due-diligence acceptance. Wooden furniture is in scope; we help assemble geolocation and legality records, but the importer’s declaration and the authority’s decision are outside our control.
  • SVLK / V-Legal issuance. SVLK is Indonesia’s national timber-legality system, and a V-Legal document is issued by an accredited LVLK. We coordinate documentation; we do not issue certificates and never invent certificate numbers.
  • Durability, finish life, or moisture behaviour of natural wood and rattan in your climate.
  • Delivery dates, once goods are with a third-party carrier.

A typical export document pack — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin, and timber-legality certificates (SVLK/V-Legal or FSC) — is prepared with you, not guaranteed to satisfy every border. You remain responsible for checking commodity and Lartas requirements through Indonesia’s INSW single window and your own destination rules.

How do we handle your personal data (UU PDP and GDPR)?

We process personal data under Indonesia’s Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP). If you contact us from the EU, EEA, or UK, we also handle your data with GDPR principles in mind, as an international visitor to an Indonesia-based service.

When you submit the quotation form we collect only what we need to reply: your name, email, destination, cargo details, and message. We use it to prepare and follow up on your quotation, and we do not sell it.

Your right What it means here
Access Ask what data we hold about you
Correction Fix inaccurate contact or order details
Erasure Ask us to delete your enquiry data
Withdraw consent Stop further messages at any time
Object / restrict Limit how we use your data

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the sourcing relationship or as required by Indonesian record-keeping rules, then remove it.

How do you contact us or exercise your rights?

All enquiries, order questions, and data requests go to the Juara Holding Group desk:

  • WhatsApp: +62 811-3941-4563
  • Email: bd@juaraholding.com
  • Quotation form: on the Site, capturing your name, email, destination, cargo, and message.

Which law applies, and how can these Terms change?

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the coordination fee or service value you paid us for the specific transaction; we are not liable for third-party carrier, customs, or workshop acts, or for indirect losses such as lost profit.

We may update these Terms as regulations, routes, and costs shift. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the current version. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
