Two things follow from that structure, and we want them stated plainly:
- We are a concierge and broker, not the asset owner. The furniture is made in independent Bali and Jepara bengkel (workshops). We coordinate; we do not manufacture.
- We are not a licensed customs, legal or tax adviser. Where a step needs a licensed party — a freight forwarder, a LVLK legality-verification body, a customs broker — we arrange it through vetted licensed partners rather than claiming the licence ourselves.
That honesty is the point of this page. In a market full of “direct factory” claims, it is more useful to know exactly who you are dealing with.

Materials we source generically span rattan (natural + synthetic), teak, mahogany, and mixed wood-and-metal, across grades and finishes. The minimum order is framed as one mixed container that cubes out — you do not need to fill a container with a single SKU, only to reach the volume that fills 20ft or a 40ft HQ, FOB from Java or Bali ports (Semarang or Surabaya).
How does the sourcing process work?
Every order is quote-based. The USD figures further down are examples to show structure — your real number comes from your item list and spec, as of 2026 and subject to change.
- Send your item list. Photos, sketches, dimensions, target materials and quantities. The more spec, the tighter the quote.
- We match workshops & sample. We route each line to a suitable Bali or Jepara maker, confirm grade and finish, and arrange samples where needed.
- You approve the quote. Per-piece, per-spec pricing, plus packing, inland transport and freight estimates — reviewed as one budget.
- Production & QC. Workshops build to the approved spec; we track progress and check finish before packing.
- Cubing & export pack. We cube the order into 20ft or 40ft HQ and assemble the documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and timber-legality certificates).
- FOB handover. The container leaves Semarang or Surabaya. Your forwarder or ours takes it from the port.

Wooden furniture requires timber-legality documentation. SVLK is Indonesia’s national timber legality system, and a V-Legal document issued by an LVLK is required as proof of wood legality for export. We help assemble these documents with the workshops — but we do not fabricate certificate numbers, and we never guarantee a specific customs or EUDR outcome. Furniture importing into the EU should prepare for deforestation-related due diligence (geolocation and legality records); we help you prepare the file, nothing more. Exporters can check commodity requirements through Indonesia’s INSW single window, reviewing HS-code and Lartas (restricted-goods) rules.
